Privacy policyThis web site collects personal information about you. We use this information in the management of our game convention and our membership organization. From time to time we may send you E-mail or postal mail about our organization and its activities. We will not share or sell your personal information with other organizations, but we may send you information about another organization's activities if we believe that will further our mission to advance the gaming hobby in the Pacific Northwest. Your personal information may be seen by people at businesses that perform services for us, such as copy centers, the U.S. Postal Service and our web hosting company. Your personal information may be seen by the volunteers who run our organization and those who assist in our activities. Overall your personal information on our web site has a low level of security. To help safeguard your bank account and credit card information we use a commercial service (PayPal) to process online financial transactions. We do not collect or store your bank account or credit card information in our online database. We do not require you to enter your phone number or street address. This web site uses temporary cookies to manage your login status. If temporary cookies are disabled in any way then you should use E-mail, snail mail or walk in to our convention to handle your registration and event signup. The password you pick for your registration account should not be the same as what you use for anything else. An internet hacker or a staff member at Ready Hosting (or even on our staff) could learn that password and attempt to use it to access accounts you have elsewhere. If you have your login password remembered (an option on the login page) then it will be stored in a persistent cookie which can be examined by anyone who has access to the computer you use.
