Metro Seattle Gamers
In the mid-eighties a group of Dragonflight members approached the Board of Directors with a proposal to create a self-supporting venue where gamers can play year-round; a place where lengthy games can be played and stored, and where gamers can meet. The result was Metro Seattle Gamers (MSG).

Like our convention, MSG is is run and supported by those who use it. Any member of Dragonflight may use the club, paying a small day fee for occasional use, or purchasing a monthly membership for more regular use. Dragonflight member or not, MSG always hosts a newcomer to free admission on their first visit, and monthly members receive guesting privileges they may use to host occasional guests for free.
Games at MSG run the spectrum of board games, role-playing games, trading card games, miniatures and strategy/wargames. It's a great place to meet people with similar gaming interests, run your own event, and maybe play in a game you haven't tried before. Pick-up games and regular game nights have homes here, too. Any member can schedule space, on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have terrain available for wargamers, and storage racks capable of holding your in-progress strategy and wargames.

Physical Site

MSG is located at 1600 West Armory Way in the Interbay Business Center, C Wing, Room 106. Use the entrance by our sign on the parking lot. The lot is huge, so parking is never a problem. Turn west from 15th NW at West Armory (light). Whole Foods, GM Nameplate, and the city animal shelter are on this corner in Interbay. The building is across from the Washington National Guard Armory. This is also south of the Ballard Bridge and north of downtown Seattle just west of Queen Anne.

Reservations

MSG monthly members may reserve MSG tables for use. Send an email to Scot McConnachie, MSG's Event Scheduler or call (206) 781-0047.

Volunteering at MSG

If you would like to host a regular game event at MSG, send an email to Scot McConnachie or call (206) 781-0047.

Membership

Metro Seattle Gamers is user-run, user-supported & intended to be a self-sustaining venue. While open to any member of Dragonflight, the fees are what pay the bills and keep the doors open. Purchasing a monthly membership to MSG provides access and voting privileges (except for the limited membership) on MSG issues. Paying a day fee provides access for the day. Information on our fees can be found here.
